About me

Linia is a leading Dietitian and Sports Nutritionist with extensive experience in several nutrition settings including corporate wellness, sports nutrition and the media. Her clinical expertise is in women's health, sports nutrition, weight management and gut health. She is currently a PhD candidate in Public Health. Her passion is translating nutritional science into easy-to-digest and practical advice. Outside of work Linia is a big foodie, and loves to socialise over good (and nutritious!) food. She regularly participates in endurance events which means she gets to put into practice what she preaches!
