Lily graduated from Newcastle University with a BSc (Hons) degree in Food and Human Nutrition (AfN accredited) where she was awarded with the Sage Faculty for Excellence Scholarship. She then went on to gain a post graduate diploma in nutritional therapy and is completing her MSc in Nutritional Medicine at University of Surrey. Her passion is to coach people using evidence-based nutrition advice in order to feel more energised and to become the most successful versions of themselves.
Her extensive knowledge of the science of food and health, enables her to regularly write for The Times, The Telegraph, The Daily Mail, The Independent, Women's Health and Cosmopolitan. Her frequent TV appearances include ITV's prime time series Save Money: Lose Weight with Dr Ranj Singh.
Lily sees clients from her clinic in Chelsea and from the Portobello Clinic, a private medical practice based in Notting Hill.
In a typical consultation with Lily, she will assess your present health, health history, family health history and dietary habits. Lily will then devise a health optimisation plan tailored to you with diet and lifestyle advice to target your health goals. If needed, the health optimisation plan may include food or herb based supplements. In some cases Lily may also refer you for a test if she feels it would allow her to gain further information about the health issue you are targeting.
Lily regularly educates on a larger scale at corporate events, working with a variety of companies as part of their wellbeing programmes. She runs wellness seminars as well as hosting presentations.
Each event can be tailored to the clients requirements and are interactive and engaging.

There are different BANT membership classes, including Full Member, Fellow Member and Student Member.
