About me

Hello, I’m Leticia, a Registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, and I support individuals with a wide range of health conditions, ranging from gut problems weight management, autoimmune diseases, thyroid issues, fatigue and exhaustion.

My clients suffer from symptoms, including stress, poor sleep, brain fog, weight gain, bloating, acid reflux, joint pain and recurrent UTIs. Many have had numerous blood tests and other investigations, with still no better understanding of their causes because everything came back as ‘normal’, or ‘normal for their age’. Those with a diagnosis are often not feeling any better with conventional treatment.

When it comes to health issues, which seem to have no obvious cause or solution, nutritional therapy can really make a difference. Using evidence-based nutrition and life-style medicine, including comprehensive lab testing, my aim is to get to the root cause of my client’s symptoms and get their health back on track.

WORKING WITH ME

Consultations are online from the convenience of your home or office. This allows me to support clients nationwide.

I offer 4-week and 12-week health packages, as opposed to individual consultations, as working through health issues, implementing changes, and seeing results takes time, especially where clients have been struggling with long-term health conditions. Regular check-ins also help clients to stay on track, offering ongoing support, motivation and accountability. One-off sessions may be available upon request.

Prior to our first consultation, I will ask you to complete a detailed health questionnaire, covering your symptoms, health history, current and past medications, investigations and diet and life-style, including a 3-day food diary. I will review all of this before we have our first session.

During our initial 90-minute consultation, we will go through the questionnaire in more detail. We will then work together, to create a personalised health plan based on your specific needs, including dietary and life-style recommendations, and supplements if needed. This will be a collaborative process, taking into account your food preferences and life-style, to ensure that your plan is realistic, achievable, and really works for you. I’m a firm believer that healthy eating should not feel like a chore and will provide you with simple, tasty recipes, so mealtimes are a joy!

I may use functional or GP lab testing, to more accurately determine nutrient and biochemical imbalances, hidden infections, or food sensitivities, that may be contributing to your symptoms. This helps to get to the root cause of health issues more quickly, allowing for more a targeted approach.

During follow-up consultations, we will look at your progress, review your symptoms, discuss any test results and make changes to your health plan as necessary.

I will always aim to work alongside your GP and other medical professionals involved in your care to reach the best possible outcome for you.
