About me
ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m Leticia, a Registered Nutritional Therapist. I’m dedicated to helping individuals overcome a wide range of health conditions by exploring and addressing the underlying cause. I design evidence-based, personalised health plans tailored to your unique needs, incorporating your favourite foods, dietary preferences, and lifestyle. My goal is to create a holistic plan that’s practical, achievable, and truly effective, while providing you with support and guidance every step of the way.
AREAS OF EXPERTISE
WEIGHT MANAGEMENT: I specialise in helping clients achieve their ideal weight, boost energy levels and feel energised through sustainable dietary and lifestyle interventions tailored to fit into even the busiest lifestyles. Many of my clients have metabolic health conditions, including cardiovascular disease.
FEMALE HORMONE HEALTH: I support women with a range of hormonal issues, such as PMS, perimenopausal symptoms such as brain fog, poor sleep, joint pain, mood swings and uncontrollable cravings.
DIGESTIVE HEALTH: I support clients dealing with gut issues, including bloating, inconsistent bowel movements and acid reflux. I restore their gut health by using functional testing to get to the root cause of symptoms and creating personalised health plans.
THYROID HEALTH: I also offer natural strategies to alleviate symptoms of hypothyroidism, such as weight gain and fatigue by addressing biochemical imbalances, including nutrient deficiencies.
AUTOIMMUNE CONDITIONS: Including Hashimoto's and autoimmune skin diseases. I often use comprehensive lab testing to find out what your immune system is fighting and remove triggers, to minimise intensity of flares and instigate remission where possible.
MY APPROACH
My own health journey showed me how powerful nutritional therapy can be in tackling a wide range of conditions. It inspired me to retrain as a nutritional therapist, driven to help others find real answers to their health challenges.
I believe food should nourish your body, support your wellbeing, and be a joy to eat. I focus on variety, not restriction, offering personalised recipes, meal plans, and simple steps to help you create lasting change.
Working closely with your GP and healthcare team, I use functional and conventional testing when needed to uncover root causes - whether it’s nutrient imbalances, hidden infections, or food sensitivities. Together, we’ll create a targeted plan that’s tailored to your needs and delivers real results.

CORPORATE WELLNESS
I deliver engaging nutrition and lifestyle webinars that I believe offer valuable insights to your employees, equipping them to lead healthier more productive lives, both within and outside the workplace.
My ’How to Thrive in Perimenopause’ webinar unravels the health challenges of perimenopause; it informs and empowers women to support their health during this transitional life stage, with practical, evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle recommendations.
Perimenopause is a significant life stage affecting many women, and its numerous symptoms can impact both physiological and emotional wellbeing. It is also a critical window for women’s health. It is a time when our body is recalibrating, vulnerable, and when small health niggles, if unaddressed, can turn into more serious health issues further down the line. Fortunately, these can be mitigated by simple dietary and life-style changes.
The webinar lasts around 35 minutes, followed by a short Q&A, where I will answer any questions that have arisen.
I also offer POP UP CLINICS - where employees have the opportunity to discuss their health concerns with me and receive dietary and life-style support to kick-start their journey back to wellness.

Testimonials
“I've lost 20kg and am finally free of painkillers”
When I came to Leticia for help, I had been on steroids and strong pain killers for 18 months, trying to manage my autoimmune RA. I needed support in coming off steroids, as they were weakening my immune system and I was getting recurrent chest infections. I had tried following an anti-inflammatory diet, but was unable to sustain this. I was also very overweight.
In our first session, Leticia started me on a low carbohydrate, gluten and dairy free diet – I was ready for this – to help regulate my blood sugar and support my immune health. She also recommended I talk with my GP about changing my HRT to improve my sleep and stress levels, which I did.
After that, we focussed on my digestive health, repairing the lining of my gut. Through increasing my intake of fibre and the use of supplements, including digestive enzymes, I started to increase my absorption of nutrients from food. She helped to eliminate cravings by providing me with simple, yet delicious recipes that I was able to follow easily. And her continued support outside the sessions was invaluable.
4 months in, I have lost 20kg in weight, am free of painkillers and considerably healthier. My sleep is much better and I’ve been able to maintain a healthy diet.

“Leticia’s care for her clients and professional knowledge are second to none”
I had been struggling for over a year with chronic gut issues, bloating and abdominal pain. My endoscopy and colonoscopy results both came back as ‘normal’, yet I still felt rubbish and my social life began to be seriously impacted by all this. Working with Leticia was a game-changer. She spent time identifying and explaining the root causes of my symptoms and supported me in making dietary and life-style changes to restore my gut health. After 3 months of us working together, my gut health improved and my stools normalised. I would definitely recommend her!

“Leticia has an easy , friendly manner and is stacked with good advice!”
I came to Leticia for help in improving my joint pain and skin health through diet, as well as long-term weight management. She helped me rebalance my blood sugars, reducing my need for snacking in between meals, by making simple tweaks to my diet, which I have easily been able to incorporate into my family life. As a result, my pain reduced and symptoms improved, with sustainable weight loss. I have suggested Leticia to many of my friends.
