Laura Wills - Diploma Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching, Mfntp
I provide Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching in the Northampton area, which is aimed at individuals looking to make changes in their life to improve health and well-being through healthy eating and good lifestyle choices.
What I do:
The main focus for my clients is usually weight loss or weight management, but can be simple dietary improvements or nutrition advice. I provide meal plans and recipes and help clients re-kindle (or develop) a love for cooking. I also help with managing cravings, balancing blood sugar, increasing energy and improving sleep patterns. My sessions are one-to-one and individually tailored to each client.
A recent client reviewed my services and had this to say:
"When I first met Laura she instantly made me feel at ease, we discussed my lifestyle choices and Laura suggested keeping a food diary which proved to be a very valuable tool to enable me to reach my goals.
The diary showed clearly that I needed to make changes to my lifestyle and diet. Laura provided recipes that have kindled a love of cooking and as a result, the whole family have benefited from healthy freshly cooked food. My fitness level has improved and exercise has now become part of my daily routine. I no longer feel lethargic but more energised!
This is totally due to Laura and I would definitely recommend her easy to follow regime, the support that she gives maintains the impetus to succeed!"
What to expect from the process:
We will look in close detail at your current lifestyle choices and food intake to make healthy, informed changes that will help you towards achieving your goals. We will find the particular areas that you can focus on to ensure that we create a sustainable and enjoyable plan for your journey.
So wherever you are at in your journey to becoming healthy and enjoying your life I can offer you advice, support and information to help you reach your goals.
