Hello & Welcome to my page!
I’m Laura a Nutritionist & Health Coach and I liken myself as a realist. What I mean to say is that I eat chocolate & drink wine and guess what? There is nothing wrong with that! My approach is very down to earth and real. I’m here to help you create healthy life-time habits – which for me leaving the Snickers bar behind isn’t for life! (But that could just be me!).
I'm not going to lie and pretend here – changing habits of a lifetime isn’t always easy, or quick for that matter; but you don’t have to deprive yourself or feel as if you’re missing out (because that’s no fun). Being supported to make gradual changes feels more natural & a whole lot easier than someone turning everything upside down.
I’m often told by my clients that they can’t believe how much energy they now have, how much sharper their focus is throughout the day, how more uplifted their moods are and how much their stress levels have dropped – all this and more by making gradual but effective tweaks while still having that glass of wine!
I would love to help you create the health and life you deserve. We’ll work together to find the best nutrition and lifestyle solutions to fit into your life. There’s no judgement, just a commitment to helping you navigate everyday stresses with ease and supporting your journey through the highs and lows so that you can feel back in control and confident within yourself and your health.
Lets take that first step together.

Information about health conditions (*)
Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
Lets chat first and see what your health concerns are. If we find we would like to work together, then we can discuss what support would best suit your needs.
