About me

I am passionate about supporting women to feel their absolute best, full of energy, and vitality, which may often be lacking in this transitional phase of our lives.
I have completed additional training in oncology nutrition and able to support those who are currently undergoing treatment for or recovering from the disease. The training I have completed is NTEC and BANT accredited.
I am also an experienced content writer and offer content writing for all nutrition related requirements, from blogs to technical guides for other practitioners, to book writing and online course content.
I offer bespoken workshops and retreat delivery in a variety of settings.

Training, qualifications & experience
Diploma in Nutritional Therapy from the College of Naturopathic Medicine.
10 years experience in Clinical practice, nutrition content writing and delivery of workshops and retreats.
NTEC and BANT Accredited Systems Approach to Cancer training qualified, through Dr Nina Fuller-Shavel (A medical Dr and functional medicine practitioner who specialises in Oncology).
This is the ONLY BANT accredited Oncology Nutrition course available to Nutritional Therapists.
Member organisations

The British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy is the professional body for Nutritional Therapists. There are different BANT membership classes, including Full Member, Fellow Member and Student Member. All BANT practitioners must have met the required standards of training, be fully insured and adhere to the BANT Code of Ethics and Practice.
