About me

I'm here to help you feel good about yourself. Nourish your skin, improve your digestion and reach your ideal body weight.

While taking a scientific approach, I offer diet advice including varied and satisfying foods. In my opinion, a ‘diet’ should not be an unrealistic phase to follow for a few weeks, but it should be a healthy and enjoyable lifestyle.

As a massive foodie myself, I am here to help you on your journey to build a good relationship with delicious healthy food without restrictions. Advice is tailored specifically for you, to fit into your lifestyle, and with no judgement or pressures along the way.

I believe that diet should always come first, however with modern day foods often depleted in nutrients, I feel that good quality food supplements are of great benefit to health. Where possible, I will always recommend a natural approach to optimising health, however I also understand that contemporary medicine has an important role for some individuals, therefore I work alongside medical professionals.

I have been practising as a nutritionist in London since 2010, specialising in skin health, hormone balancing, fertility, weight loss and digestion.

  • 1 Consultation £160 - includes messaging support up to 1 month after consultation
  • 3 Consultations £360 (£120 per consultation) - includes messaging support between consultations
  • 6 Consultations £660 (£110 per consultation) - includes messaging support between consultations

12 Week 'Eat Yourself Younger' programme

  • 12 week plan £595 - includes access to membership site, videos to watch in your own time, structured 12 week plan with tips and recipes, private group community and much more.
