About me
At the core of my philosophy lies a commitment to an evidence-based practice. I believe that knowledge is power, and by arming ourselves with accurate information, we can make informed choices to nourish our bodies.
There is a lot of overwhelming information around nutrition, and it can be difficult navigating fact from fiction. I’m here to guide you, to help implement healthy habits by creating comprehensive health plans and providing support.

Training, qualifications & experience
I have an MSc in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Aberdeen, I am a Registered Associate Nutritionist with the AfN, and I intern with the Rhitrition clinic on Harley Street in London.
