About me
Struggling with Low Energy, or Midlife Changes?

Or maybe having some discomfort like reflux, bloating, or unpredictable gut issues is holding you back from fully enjoying life.
If you’re exhausted from trial and error and overwhelmed by conflicting advice, I can help.
Hi, I’m Kristina, a Registered Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach. I take a personalised, practical approach to nutrition and lifestyle changes, making them realistic and achievable for busy women. Root Cause Approach: We work on uncovering what’s driving your symptoms.
Science-Backed Nutrition: No fads or guesswork—just expert, evidence-based strategies tailored to you.

My Story:
I know what it’s like to feel frustrated by midlife changes. In my 40s, I dealt with weight gain, fatigue, and a body that felt out of balance. At the same time, my son was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease, deepening my understanding of how nutrition affects digestion and overall health. Determined to find answers, I trained as a nutritional therapist, and now I help women like you take back control of their health and feel vibrant again.
You don’t have to figure this out alone. If you’re ready to stop guessing and start thriving, contact me to book an introductory call.
