About me

My name is Kimberly and I'm a qualified nutritional therapist, assistant nutrition clinic supervisor at a London Nutrition College and a qualified yoga teacher.

I regularly see and support clients with a range of health needs, although I particularly enjoy working with those who have; a vegan diet, vegetarian diet or pescatarian diet.  Nutritional therapy can support and potentially optimise your health it if individual nutritional needs are met through a healthy diet.

My Approach

My role as a nutritional therapist is simply to offer clients the opportunity to learn more about enhancing and optimising their health and well-being.

I have a non-judgemental, open approach and always strive to make my clients feel completely at ease, safe and heard. My plans are always rooted in science and research and I put a lot of time, effort and energy into providing my clients with the best bespoke plan I can. I aim to put together nutritional plans that are achievable and fit into your busy life. This is also why I offer Skype consultations for those who are unable to make face-to-face meetings.

During a consultation, you will be given the time you need to discuss your symptoms in detail. We will then explore in depth the entire functioning of your body systems resulting in a more rounded, holistic and complete picture of your health needs. This way we have the opportunity to uncover the root cause of your symptoms. Finally, a plan is then tailored to your specific needs to optimise your results.

Free Discovery Call

If you would like to have a 20 minute free call and discuss any questions, concerns or hesitations you might have about working with me as your nutritional therapist, please feel free to e-mail me using the 'email me' button at the top of my profile.

I will strive to respond within 48 hours to arrange a time to speak that suits you.
