Weight Management

I chose to work with Kimberley because of how professional and knowledgeable she came across on our introductory call, in which she quickly debunked any "pseudoscience" options like blood tests.

She was supportive, sympathetic and focussed throughout our sessions, and has helped me lose 80% of my target so far, and helped me rationalise and overcome hiccups along the way.

I feel much more able to understand and control my nutrition, and by making small manageable changes, am well on the way to feeling much healthier and slimmer.

I'd tried dieting and aggressive workout regimes in the past and seen really limited results, and in 3 months of work I've already made more progress than trying anything else! About Me

I have always been passionate about food and feeling good in our bodies. I specialise in weight management because I know what it’s like to struggle with weight. I also know what it's like to receive nutrition advice from someone who has never experienced how difficult it can be not to obsess about food!

My style is very practical and progressive, so that you make changes step-by-step to get fitter and feel more energetic. My motto is:

“You don’t need a new diet; you need to find the right balance - nutritionally and mentally - that you can be consistent with.”

So I always ensure clients have the tools and strategies they need to feel in control of their diets and confident in their body again. That way, you will be able to continue with the healthy habits long after working with me!

I base everything I do on evidence-based research - so you’ll also learn what works best for your body and lifestyle, and the truth behind all the diet and nutrition myths you may have seen online.

When you work with me, you won’t get a generalised diet plan. You’ll get a unique Nutrition and Wellbeing Plan that is specifically designed just for you.

I am a Registered Associate Nutritionist based in Royal Tunbridge Wells, registered with the Association for Nutrition (AfN). I have an MSc in Global Public Health Nutrition and an AfN-accredited certification in Weight Management Interventions. In addition, I have studied the science of wellbeing with Yale University. When I’m not consulting, I work in research to improve healthy eating policy in England, which has been covered in mainstream media in the UK and worldwide.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a Registered Associate Nutritionist based in Royal Tunbridge Wells, registered with the Association for Nutrition (AfN). I do not charge per session - so please be aware that the prices are for bespoke programs designed to give high-level support to ensure the progress you're looking for and are very competitive rates per session. This way, you'll know exactly how much you'll be investing to solve your problem and improve your health right from the start.

So you can compare against others, when calculated per session, my rates are between £87 and £127.50 (depending on the program and amount of support offered).
