About me

Are you sick of dieting and calorie-counting? Or do you want to check how to improve your nutrition, be it to improve your energy levels, have a healthy pregnancy or because of issues with your gut health?

I can help!

About Me

I'm a Registered Associate Nutritionist with a successful nutrition consultancy, Neve Nutrition and Wellbeing. I have always been passionate about food and know what it’s like to struggle with weight, which is why I specialise in weight management. I also know what it's like to receive nutrition advice from someone who has never experienced how difficult it can be not to obsess about food!

It has taken me years to build up my approach, which I've based on real experience, the importance of wellbeing, and education - not only the nutritional science, but research into everything that's working against us and making it harder to maintain a healthy weight.

I LOVE helping clients find the right nutrition and wellbeing plan that works for them!

Weight Management Specialist

If you're sick of dieting and want to enjoy food again without putting on weight, you're in the right place. I will show you how to enjoy food and most importantly, stop having to go on diet after diet. The end goal is for you to feel happier in how you feel and how you eat.

No quick fixes here - come to me when you’ve tried all the diets you think will work and end up back where you started - that’s when I can best help you. It's not because you lack self discipline or willpower - no restrictive diet is designed to be sustainable.

My approach is evidence-based, realistic and caring. We'll work on both the physical and psychological aspects of eating, changing your mindset around food so that success will be long-term. I am committed to helping you make positive changes that last and become a new lifestyle.

Consultations are online with me, a Registered Associate Nutritionist - just book a free discovery call and we’ll go from there. It's time to stop dieting and start living!

Consultation options:

1) Weight Management

Combined with continuous, personalised improvements to your nutrition, we'll look at: mindset and challenging diet mentality; building healthy habits; triggers and coping mechanisms; fullness and hunger; strength and movement and sleep.

Two programmes are available to support you for long-term success. See 'Fees' section below for details. Everything is completely tailored to you, with step-by-step support and changes that you can sustain long-term.

2) Nutrition Check-Up

Get personalised nutrition advice on a range of issues. This could be for specific dietary concerns, such as vegan and vegetarian diets, maximising iron intake, optimising protein intake and much more.

I can also advise on meal planning, recipe ideas and shopping tips to make it easier to eat healthily.

3) Gut Health

Many issues with gut health can often be improved by making the right changes to what and how you eat.

I will work with you to make the right changes in the right order to improve your overall gut health and target the issue(s) you have. Check out the Gut Health package in the 'Fees' section for more details.

Testimonials

Weight Management

Kim is an absolute pleasure to work with - she has made an immense difference to the way I view food, handle my own wellbeing and it's fair to say she has helped me repair my relationship with food! Over the years, I've been on countless diets, worked with trainers, nutritionists, hypnotherapists but time and again, I haven't been able to get out of the cycle of weight loss and weight gain.

I view my progress with her not in terms of weight loss - this isn't the only measure of success - but for the first time I'm not stuck in guilty cycles with food, especially over COVID where emotional eating has had a big impact. She has a truly caring, structured and thoughtful approach which has been a total breath of fresh air - HIGHLY recommend!

Nutrition Check-Up

Working with Kim was refreshing! She has so much knowledge and expertise, yet her support is grounded in compassion and reality. She provided me with practical advice that I could apply to my everyday life without drastic changes, and she was able to explain everything in a way that made me feel empowered to take action.

I’ve received advice in the past from nutrition and fitness experts that felt condescending or too extreme for my lifestyle; Kim listened to my needs and goals and thoughtfully addressed my questions, and most importantly, we developed a plan that I am already implementing!

Gut Health

Kimberley helped me get bloating under control and my nutrition back on track. She does an excellent job of listening, analysing and advising, and her ideas and recommendations are designed to fit within your lifestyle and dietary likes/dislikes. I highly recommend her if you need advice on nutrition or want to get into some better habits.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a Registered Associate Nutritionist based in London, registered with the Association for Nutrition (AfN). I have an MSc in Global Public Health Nutrition and also completed an AfN-accredited course in Weight Management Interventions. In addition, I have studied the science of wellbeing with Yale University. When I'm not consulting, I work in research to improve healthy eating policy in the UK.

As a teacher previously, I've worked with a huge range of people in the UK and internationally. I make a point of communicating in a language that makes sense - so I can help you understand what’s fact and what’s fiction in food and nutrition.
