Kelly is a fully qualified Nutritional Therapist (Dip CNM, mBANT, mANP), backed by science but using natural methods to balance body, mind and soul.
She believes in creating realistic and non restrictive nutrition plans that easily fit in with your lifestyle but which work towards your health goals.
Kelly’s interest in nutrition began when she struggled with her own gut issues and hormonal imbalance and spent 10 years back and forth at the doctors searching for a resolution to her symptoms. Increasingly frustrated and stressed with the lack of support or useful advice from conventional healthcare, she began her own journey and discovery of functional medicine and soon stumbled across the power of nutrition.
In a few short months of working with a nutritionist, Kelly saw more improvement in her symptoms than ever before. So life changing with this improvement, that she quit her job to study Naturopathic Nutrition.
Alongside being a Nutritional Therapist, Kelly is also a yoga and meditation teacher. So you can expect a fully holistic approach to improving your health with a focus on healthy eating, improved physical fitness and positive mental wellbeing.
In addition to Kelly, The Natural Balance now has two new therapists working at the clinic:
Natalie specialises in metabolic concerns, weight loss, stress and burnout, long Covid, energy and fatigue.
Gail Madalena specialises in fertility, pregnancy and women’s health. Her expertise lies in hormonal imbalances, such as irregular cycles, debilitating PMS, PCOS, endometriosis, thyroid issues and sub-optimal fertility.
