About us

Katy Bradbury is a registered nutritional therapist and nurse. She specialises in fertility, pregnancy and postnatal health having specialised in this field for over 10 years.

Katy is a practising member of the Fertility Nutrition Centre founded by Sandra Greenbank, a centre of excellence in the field of fertility nutrition.

In her private practice Katy offers 1:1 packages for women or couples to support them on their fertility journey. She also offers bespoke packages for people in pregnancy, and for those who are suffering with ill health in the post-partum period (this can continue for several years after the birth of a child).

In addition to 1:1 support, Katy runs her signature 12 week course & group programme - Fundamentals for Fertility - three times per year.

As well as nursing, health visiting and nutritional therapy, Katy has a combined academic and clinical background spanning evolutionary and medical anthropology, women's health, maternal & infant health, male & female fertility, brain development and behaviour change, and counselling skills. She has also completed additional training in eating disorders and regularly works with women who have a history of disordered eating who are now trying to get pregnant.
