About me

Hello and welcome! I’m Katie, a Registered Nutritional Therapist and Functional Medicine Practitioner.

Does the following sound familiar?

  • Have you lost your spark and feel like you are just getting through the day?
  • Are you overwhelmed by “healthy eating” advice and have no idea what works for you?
  • Are you fed-up and don't know where to turn to make yourself feel well again?
  • Is your daily routine dictated by how your stomach feels?
  • Do you feel bloated or uncomfortably full after meals?
  • Do you crave certain foods?
  • Do you suspect some foods don’t agree with you, but are unsure where to start?
  • Do you feel sluggish and lacking in energy?

If this sounds like you, I'd love to help!

The truth is that it can be hard to find your path back to health without the right support and guidance. From my own personal experiences and from working with clients I know how important it is to have someone in your corner who can provide guidance, support and understanding to help you discover what works for your body. We are all unique, and what makes one person feel great can be completely different to the next.

How can I help?
I adopt a functional medicine approach with my clients, working to identify and address the underlying causes for health concerns rather than simply managing symptoms. Working together, I will encourage you to become your own “health detective” by finding the foods that are right for your individual needs. With guidance and support, I will then help you incorporate these changes into your life in a way that is manageable, sustainable – and most importantly – enjoyable!

Having successfully overcome my own health challenges I now help women to achieve a healthy hormone balance, increase their energy and support mood and mental function. I also work with many clients to promote a healthy digestion.

After graduating with distinction from the Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION) I have gone on to complete further training with the world-renowned Institute for Functional Medicine. I am also a certified Metabolic Balance® coach and DNA Life® practitioner.

Please see my website for further details or contact me via email here or call me on: 07864 877993 to arrange a FREE 15-minute phone consultation to find out more.

Information about health conditions (*)

Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
