First and foremost I'm a mum to a very busy toddler. I have worked in nutrition for over 10 years, supporting women throughout pregnancy and into motherhood to choose foods for themselves and their families. I love food and cooking, and I enjoy helping others to bring joy back to mealtimes, creating positive, happy memories with food.
As a registered nutritionist, and mum, I am perfectly placed to combine scientific know-how with real-world practicality. I have been there, done that, read the research. And real life isn't always smooth sailing. I believe in working with you, your body, and your baby, to find your happy place when it comes to food.
How can I help you?
If you're a mum-to-be I will help you feel reassured about nutrition and the foods you can eat whilst pregnant. We will work together to silence any concerns of weight-gain, leaving you free to enjoy your pregnancy and look forward to your baby's arrival.
I take a non-diet, gentle nutrition approach to pregnancy. I believe it is a unique opportunity to pause and reflect on why we choose to eat certain foods and to listen to our bodies telling us what we need in this moment. At no other time in your life will you be able to feel the changes in your body, the same as when your baby is growing inside of you. It is a life-changing experience.
As a new mum, I will support you in nourishing your body, recognising the amazing job you have done. I don't believe in dieting to 'bounce-back' after pregnancy or quick-fix weight-loss.
Trying for a baby, navigating pregnancy, and becoming a new parent can all be disorientating, overwhelming, and stressful. It can be hard to make sure you're eating well when feeding a newborn and struggling with sleep. But it's important to take time to focus on you and your health so that you can be in the best position to support your baby. As a pregnancy and postnatal nutritionist, I will discuss an approach to healthy eating with you that fits the needs of both you, your partner, and your baby.
And as your baby starts to grow and get closer to eating food themselves, I will help you to navigate the overwhelming amount of information and opinions on infant feeding: whether breastfeeding or formula feeding; traditional weaning or baby-led weaning.
I will give you the skills to establish healthy intuitive eating habits that will instill a love of food in your baby. I LOVED weaning my son and exploring new tastes and textures with him, and I can help you get to this point too.
Having recently been through the weaning period with my son, I understand the realities of putting nutrition theory into practice - it's not easy and every day is different! Choosing the right foods to offer, feeling confident about finger foods, avoiding choking, introducing allergens safely, and managing those fussy eating periods are just some of the things we can talk about.

The Association aims to protect the public and promote wellbeing by admitting to the UK Voluntary Register of Nutritionists (UKVRN) only those who demonstrate high ethical and quality standards, founded on evidence-based science.
It sets proficiency and competence criteria, promotes continuing professional development and safe conduct, and accredits university undergraduate and postgraduate courses.

I offer a free 15-minute discovery call for all pregnant clients so we can get to know each other and choose the best approach for you.
My 'Nourish Mama' pregnancy package supports you throughout your pregnancy and the first few months after birth, tailored to suit your needs.
Baby and children's feeding
Weaning workshops run monthly online and can be booked on my website. Private groups are available on request.
1:1s for weaning, fussy eating, and children's diets are also available.
If costs are a concern, please get in touch as payment plans can be arranged.
My online clinic runs Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. Evening appointments are available and book quickly.
