About me

When working with clients I focus on a personalised nutrition plan. I want to help you improve your diet and optimise your health and wellbeing. I will work with you and find a solution based on your time, lifestyle, cooking inclination and preferred way of eating.

My expertise is empowering families - I am a busy mum to three teenagers and so I recognise those feelings of constant stress, sleep issues and struggling to prioritise my needs as well as my children’s.

I have worked with lots of women to help them rediscover themselves and those that work with me for 3 months or more achieve the best results. This is the quickest and most effective way for you to get the results that you want. By working with me intensively for 3 months I will take you through simple changes, that we will constantly review and tweak to ensure you get the results that you want. Every client will receive a personalised nutrition plan that fits in with your lifestyle.

I am a member of BANT (British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine) and CNHC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council). BANT and CNHC regulate nutritional therapists ensuring that practitioners are suitably qualified to maintain standards and protect the public from harm.

I also offer a dietary check up. This is for clients with no health concerns, but who would like to make sure their diet is on track. The client will be asked to fill in a 7 day food diary. I will then schedule a 30 minute online session where we can discuss where you can make changes to improve your diet. The cost for this service is £65.

If you are interested in genetic profile testing I work with myDNAhealth to provide a personalised science-based approach to nutrition and well being. You will gain a more thorough understanding of your genetic predisposition and the environmental factors impacting your health and well being. This helps you understand whether you are sensitive to caffeine, your sugar metabolism and sensitivity to carbohydrates, oestrogen imbalance, antioxidant requirements, lactose intolerance, fat release ability and the type of exercise you should be undertaking. The comprehensive panel costs £199. Please note that this must be undertaken in conjunction with a full nutritional consultation so you fully understand how to find the healthiest you!

Training, qualifications & experience

Diploma in Nutritional Therapy from CNM in London (College of Naturopathic Nutrition) - 3 years training with 200 hours clinical experience.

British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy

The British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy is the professional body for Nutritional Therapists.

There are different BANT membership classes, including Full Member, Fellow Member and Student Member.

All BANT practitioners must have met the required standards of training, be fully insured and adhere to the BANT Code of Ethics and Practice.


Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council

The CNHC encompasses many types of alternative therapy, including massage, aromatherapy and nutrition.

In order to be admitted to the register a practitioner must have studied to the National Occupational Standards for that profession/discipline, or have reached the equivalent of the National Occupational Standards through other relevant training or at least three years of experience and been assessed by their peers.

A practitioner must also have professional insurance and agree to abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.

Accredited Register Scheme

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Wheelchair user access
