About me

When working with clients I focus on a personalised nutrition plan. I want to help you improve your diet and optimise your health and wellbeing. I will work with you and find a solution based on your time, lifestyle, cooking inclination and preferred way of eating.

Do you recognise these feelings?

  • You’re constantly tired and fall asleep during the day.
  • You can’t work out why you have no energy.
  • You're hormonal and cranky and have symptoms that are affecting your life.
  • You have tummy issues and suffer from bloating and wind.
  • You are addicted to sugar and carbs and you feel like your eating is out of control.
  • You just can’t lose any weight despite trying everything.
  • You haven’t felt yourself for years.

My expertise is empowering families - I am a busy mum to three teenagers and so I recognise those feelings of constant stress, sleep issues and struggling to prioritise my needs as well as my children’s.

I have worked with lots of women to help them rediscover themselves and those that work with me for 3 months or more achieve the best results. By working with me intensively for 3 months I will take you through simple changes, that we will constantly review and tweak to ensure you get the results that you want. Every client will receive a personalised nutrition plan that fits in with your lifestyle.

An initial 60-90 minute consultation where I learn your health history and lifestyle.
11x weekly goals Zoom catch ups to motivate and tackle any obstacles.
15% discount on any supplements recommended.
My full attention to help motivate you to make the changes you want.

Three month package = £780. This includes an initial appointment where I will take a full history from childhood to present day. Then weekly online check-ins to help motivate and keep you on track.

I am a member of BANT (British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine) and CNHC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council). BANT and CNHC regulate nutritional therapists ensuring that practitioners are suitably qualified to maintain standards and protect the public from harm.

"Thank you, thank you! It's been life changing. I feel amazing. Not only the weight loss (2 stone), my mind has been far more alert, so much energy, and importantly for me, virtually zero stress" GH

“Katharine is a very approachable, friendly and nurturing professional in her field who provides excellent, manageable advice that is really helping me to achieve my goals. I feel so much better than I did at the beginning of the process and whilst I know I still have some way to go, I have a renewed sense of belief and knowledge that I am following the right path. I would recommend her approach to anyone.” AG

“Katharine’s advice and support has helped me make significant improvements to my diet and health over the past few months. She took time to understand me as a person as well as the issues I needed to address before coming up with a clear plan of action. She was easy to talk to from the outset and understood when life got in the way of progress at times, encouraging me to get back on track and keep going. I still have a way to go but am confident I will get there.” LJ
