Testimonials

Thank you so much for helping to sort my feisty 4 year old!  Not an easy task to help alter the diet of a sugar loving 4 year old but your patience and knowledge shone through and she is much better as a result.  I highly recommend Kate and advise all to book in for a session, even if it's just an MOT.    Miranda, Shrewsbury

I highly recommend Kate, she is very knowledgeable, creative, encouraging and supportive. Jackie, Shrewsbury
