About me

I'm a registered Nutritional Therapy practitioner, having qualified with a BSc (Hons) Nutritional Therapy at University of Portsmouth. I'm specialised in weight management, sport nutrition and gut health.

I'm also a competitive ultra distance runner with years of experience, providing realistic advice as an endurance athlete myself.

My main goal is to maximise your health, mental and physical performance in a day-to-day life through evidenced based-nutrition.

I also provide structural and therapeutic support for weight-loss and metabolic disorders. My programme is designed to help you take back control without feeling deprived or hungry and be able to accept yourself. You will discover how to make sense of what your brain and body are going through, feel supported and empowered.

As a qualified personal trainer,  my approach can be tailored to assist anybody who is looking to improve their sports performance. If your aim is to transform your physique, improve your fitness, and fine-tune your nutrition, we can develop a nutritional plan and an exercise plan that fit your lifestyle and your health goals.

Training, qualifications & experience

I got into nutrition after developing eczema, allergies and IBS. It was thanks to dietary changes and new lifestyle habits, that I finally regained my balance and full control over my symptoms.

  • BSc (Hons) Nutritional Therapy, University of Portsmouth, UK
  • Diploma in Nutritional Therapy, Institute for Optimum Nutrition, UK
  • REP level 3 PT certification

If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
