Hello, I’m Juliette, a fully qualified and registered nutritional therapist who helps women balance their hormonal health through diet and lifestyle to help promote health and vitality. I work with women who feel tired, stressed and overwhelmed, have ongoing skin complaints or are constantly run down and feel under par.
I offer personalised nutritional and lifestyle advice to support hormonal health, improve general health and wellbeing and support the natural ageing process.
Nutritional therapy promotes health and vitality, focusing on the individual. What you eat has the power to transform how you feel. I will devise a realistic, personalised plan for you, taking into account your own health needs and history. I aim to get to the root cause and not just address your symptoms.
Having spent years in a busy corporate environment I understand the impact a stressful 24/7 lifestyle can have on your health. As a mother of 2 young children I also understand the challenges you face in maintaining a healthy lifestyle as you try and juggle all of the demands thrown your way. I will work with you to help you understand how your food choices affect your health and ways to make healthier choices that are right for you.

Initial consultation: £95 for a 90 minute appointment
Follow up consultation: £70 for a 45 minute appointment
It takes time to build healthy habits. The best way to do this is through a programme of one-to-one support over a period of time where we work together on your journey to optimum health. Please contact me or see my website for details on personalised health programmes.
What to expect from a consultation
I will send you a detailed questionnaire prior to the meeting which takes into account your medical history, any current medical conditions, dietary habits and lifestyle. You will also be asked to complete a three day food diary. It is important I receive the questionnaire and food diary at least 2 days prior to you consultation so we can be prepared for your first appointment and I have an overview of your current health, diet and lifestyle.
This will last for approximately 90 minutes. During the initial consultation we will:
- Go over your medical history, lifestyle and dietary habits
- Discuss your health goals and what can be achieved through changes to your diet and lifestyle
- Discuss which foods may be contributing to symptoms and ones that may help alleviate them
- Discuss any relevant diagnostic tests
- Discuss a supplement plan if appropriate. The main tool I use to support health is food, however sometimes supplements may be necessary to correct a deficiency or to provide support to the body.
- Put in place a personalised plan
- When appropriate refer to other healthcare professionals/GP
A copy of your personal plan will be emailed to you within 2 days of your consultation.
Follow up consultation
This will last for 45 minutes.
A follow up consultation is usually scheduled after four to five weeks but each journey is individual and we will agree the best time frame for the next consultation together. This gives you the opportunity to discuss how you are getting on with the plan. I will monitor your progress during this and subsequent follow-up consultations.
The number of follow-up appointments needed depends upon the individual and their own personal health journey. Often going support is needed for real change and transformation, please speak to me about packages.
Consultations are take place in Croxley Green, Herts, or via Skype.
