About me
I’m Julia, I’m a Dorset based, BANT registered nutritional therapist and a Buteyko certified breathing coach. I specialise in supporting women over 40, who may be really struggling through the perimenopause years or beyond, offering expert guidance to alleviate symptoms and restore vitality.
I also work with all adults (male or female) whose health (and health conditions) may be being negatively impacted by their poor breathing patterns. Re-learning how to breathe efficiently can have profound health benefits (I have felt these myself after under going my own breathing 're-education' which led me to train to become a breathing coach myself).
I am also passionate about brain health and reducing our risk of developing a neurodegenerative disease (including Alzheimer's Disease) as we age. I want everyone to understand that diet, lifestyle (and efficient breathing) can play a HUGE role in making sure not only our body remains healthy as we age, but our brain and our mind do as well.
Working with me is enjoyable, energetic and collaborative, and you will feel motivated, encouraged and inspired to regain your va va voom and make the rest of your life the best of your life!

I had to navigate (more like struggle through) my perimenopause alone, as I didn't even understand that there was help available, but I am here now to help you.
