I’m a registered Nutritional Therapist who loves supporting clients over 40 as they face the first challenges of ageing, using healthy diet and lifestyle practices.
Training, qualifications & experience
Following a long-standing belief that the roles of diet and lifestyle play a vital part in achieving optimal health, I made the decision in 2014 to retrain after almost twenty years working in the entertainment and leisure industries. This led me to the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London and in the summer of 2017 I graduated with a diploma in Naturopathic Nutrition, following 3 years of study and supervised clinical practice.
As a registered Nutritional Therapist, I’m a member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition & Nutritional Therapyand the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council. Both of these organisations require members to train at an institution accredited by the Nutritional Therapy Education Commission as well as undertake continuing professional development to maintain the highest standards. The CNHC is both NHS and Government recognised, and the only regulator for Nutritional Therapists that is accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
