I landed in the nutrition field almost by accident in 2012 when I started to work for a multinational health company in London. In the beginning, I felt totally lost in my role because it was not related to my previous job as a journalist. However, soon my curiosity for understanding how things work in the world of nutrition drove me to study nutrition at the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) in London in 2015.
CNM provided me with the basic, relevant and great knowledge to become a nutritional therapist, but it is my own research, my curiosity to continuously expand my knowledge and working with my clients that are shoring up my wisdom in the field of nutrition.
As a nutritional therapist, my mission will be helping people to achieve a new beginning in their life using the most powerful tool given by the mother nature: natural food. A type of natural food considered as a medicine to improve health, boost immunity, prevent diseases and relief symptom.
My passion for nutrition, communication and writing will be combined and reflected in my social media channels with a unique purpose: to make a healthier world!
Training, qualifications & experience
I successfully completed a three-year diploma course in two years due to my passion for nutrition. Therefore, I am a fully qualified nutritional therapist and a member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT). I am also registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy
The British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy is the professional body for Nutritional Therapists.
There are different BANT membership classes, including Full Member, Fellow Member and Student Member.
All BANT practitioners must have met the required standards of training, be fully insured and adhere to the BANT Code of Ethics and Practice.
Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council
The CNHC encompasses many types of alternative therapy, including massage, aromatherapy and nutrition.
In order to be admitted to the register a practitioner must have studied to the National Occupational Standards for that profession/discipline, or have reached the equivalent of the National Occupational Standards through other relevant training or at least three years of experience and been assessed by their peers.
A practitioner must also have professional insurance and agree to abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.
Accredited register membership
Accredited Register Scheme
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

When you book a session with me, you will be charged £ 25 deposit which will be deducted from the total amount after consultation.

I have a very clear policy on missed or cancelled sessions which I find works well for myself and my clients:
- Pre-arrange absences, holiday, etc: No charge
- Cancellation within 48 hours: Deposit won’t be refunded
- No notice and the session is missed: Deposit won’t be refunded
