About me

I’m Jo, I’m a Registered Nutritional Therapist supporting myy clients with gut health. I help tired women get their mojo back through simple dietary and lifestyle changes so they can have the life they deserve.

I work with exhausted women who often feel stressed as life is hectic.

Those who feel like they never have time to do everything they want or need to, and their to-do list is constantly growing. I'm also a mum of two, and the mums that I work with always put other's needs first and theirs last.

I help women move away from worrying about what to eat, give them back their energy and help them understand any issues so they can live the life they deserve.

When my clients come to me they are experiencing a lot of gut issues and are unsure on what to eat to help their symptoms. Relying on coffee and biscuits to get them through the day as they have low energy, and not knowing what to eat and cook. They want to be healthy but don’t know where to start.

Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
