About me

I’m Jo, a mum of two, and I’m a Registered Nutritional Therapist specialising in gut health. I help tired mums get their mojo back through simple dietary and lifestyle changes so they can have the life they deserve.

Are you my ideal client?

I work with exhausted mums who often feel stressed as life is hectic. They feel like they never have time to do everything they want or need to, and their to-do list is constantly growing. The mums that I work with always put their family’s needs first and theirs last. They often feel like they’ve lost themselves.

When my mums come to me they are experiencing a lot of gut issues and they don’t know what to eat to help their symptoms. They often rely on coffee and biscuits to get them through the day as they have low energy. My client’s main challenges tend to be not knowing what to eat and cook, they want to be healthy but don’t know where to start.

Working with me
I help mums move away from worrying about what to eat, give them back their energy and help them understand their gut issues so they can live the life they deserve.

When clients sign up to my one-to-one programme, I introduce them to simple dietary and lifestyle changes that will fit into their life. All recommendations are personalised and you get benefit of my time and expertise to help you reach your goals.

My approach is simple and tailored to fit in with your lifestyle. I coach you to support you with your lifestyle changes. You will receive a personalised nutrition plan along with recipes and handouts relevant to your goals.
