About me

I have  been working in the field of nutrition and health coaching for over 20 years. My particular interest is in nutrition for Healthy Ageing as well as working with other conditions.  Many of my clients are mature people  who would love to improve their health and enjoyment of life with natural nutrition and lifestyle solutions.

You may feel stuck with a chronic health issue, however, you do have real choices about how to handle this and there are lots of answers for everyone.  I  work regularly with people who are on medication.

Working with You

Did you know that having someone by your side makes for much greater success whatever you want to do!

You nutrition programme is bespoke. If you have a priority, we will start with that while seeing what else there is to do on the list. This involves  knowing about your health history and lifestyle.  With health coaching and nutritional advice  we will create a healthy diet personalised to you, taking into account your likes and dislikes.

Often working with one particular issue, can help to improve other complaints. Practicing good nutrition and creating positive lifestyle habits is the foundation to healthy living.

Take Action.  With my health coaching and your commitment we can break down the task into easy and enjoyable steps. Simple little tweaks can make a huge difference.
