Who am I?
I am a fully qualified, registered nutrition therapist. I graduated with CNM (College of Naturopathic Medicine) in London.
I have a certificate in colour therapy and I am also a doTerra consultant with a certificate to deliver the Aromatouch Technique (light-touch massage using essential oils).
How I work
I take a holistic, non-judgemental approach to helping clients using natural and non-invasive methods, and approach the body as a whole organism. I have a special interest in women's health helping women over the age of 30 tap into their wisdom using nutrition and other holistic approaches. While nutrition plans are the main component in my work, I delve deeper into why hormones maybe imbalanced or why a client is suffering from premenstrual symptoms for example, using techniques such as menstrual cycle awareness and following the moon cycle. I have delivered talks on blood sugar balancing which is vital to general health for all but especially when trying to balance hormones. I have clients who are vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian and non-vegetarian.
I offer my services as programmes as I feel the this is a much more effective way of acquiring the benefits of nutritional therapy, where there is continuity and commitment on both sides. There will usually be a total of 4 sessions in a programme. I will provide support in-between sessions in the form of email/text/phone calls as necessary.
When you sign up for the programme I send you a case history form which you will fill in 48 hours before the initial session. This gives me the opportunity to look into your case so I can research before I even see you. This means we can spend our time together very effectively. The first session will be 1.5 hours long and can be face to face or Skype. We will go through the case history form to ensure all details have been completed and spend time investigating your presenting symptoms and dietary intake. Within 24 hours I will send you your nutrition plan, maybe a supplements list and any other supporting documents that I feel you may need. The 3 follow up sessions will be on Skype.
I work with you to put together nutritional plans that are achievable and that fit into your busy life.

I have a deep connection to yoga and meditation and often suggest clients to incorporate this when discussing lifestyle changes.
I love travelling to sacred places and to places of natural beauty to connect deeper to myself and to Mother Earth.
Since I had my nutritionist sessions I have taken back control of my eating habits and i have a new positive approach to food and my health. My body has changed dramatically in every way. Before I would get bloating and suffer terribly. Now I am healthier and happier because I have been educated about what foods are good for me.
- Raj Bajvir, Beauty therapist
I have tinnitus, the experience of which can sometimes have an impact on my wellbeing and sleep patterns. I approached Jey to see if there were any nutritional changes I could make that might support my body holistically on a day to day basis. I found the dietary recommendations easy to implement and follow, as Jey had provided a shopping list and given me links to places to purchase anything specific that I might need. I began to enjoy looking after myself with more informed food and beverage choices. I continue to notice that when I support myself optimally on all levels, my stress responses reduce enabling me to manage the tinnitus far better.
I’m very grateful to Jey for her understanding and caring approach. Her knowledge of and passion for naturopathic nutrition has certainly stood me in good stead.
Business owner, writer and tinnitus ambassador.
