I have a passion for supporting women’s health particularly teens, 20’s and 30’s where we can feel like we are battling with our hormones and often the only answer given to us is to go on the pill or just accept it. I suffered with bad skin and irregular periods as a teen and in my early 20’s and felt medication was my only option but anytime I stopped the medication all my symptoms came flooding back! I got to the stage where I felt like there had to be another option and this is where I discovered nutritional therapy and decided to qualify as a practitioner to help others feel their best.
I believe in the importance of taking care of our own health. The food we eat and the lifestyle we choose can directly impact on how well we feel. I truly believe that small steps can make a huge difference to how we feel and our overall health.

I believe health and happiness is not about restriction but rather what foods you can include to enhance your health and wellbeing. Nourishment not punishment. What works for you, won’t necessarily work for you friend, colleague or partner and our nutritional needs will change and evolve depending on our life stages. We are all biochemically different and need to find a balance of what works for you. Health is not just about how you feel days or weeks later but how you feel months and years later.

I work with clients on a 1:1 basis taking a detailed look into their medical history and current symptoms and use a variety of tools to unpack the root cause of their health issues and use food, nutrients, lifestyle, supplement and testing if required to develop tailored and achievable solutions specific to your health requirements and lifestyle to help you feel at your best. I help my clients cut through all the confusing information out there and we work together to develop a personalised tailored plan to fit your needs and lifestyle. No calorie-counting, restrictive diets in sight just a positive supportive environment to help you achieve a happier healthier you.

- Member of the CNHC (Complementary and National Healthcare Council)

British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy
The British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy is the professional body for Nutritional Therapists.
There are different BANT membership classes, including Full Member, Fellow Member and Student Member.
All BANT practitioners must have met the required standards of training, be fully insured and adhere to the BANT Code of Ethics and Practice.
Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council
The CNHC encompasses many types of alternative therapy, including massage, aromatherapy and nutrition.
In order to be admitted to the register a practitioner must have studied to the National Occupational Standards for that profession/discipline, or have reached the equivalent of the National Occupational Standards through other relevant training or at least three years of experience and been assessed by their peers.
A practitioner must also have professional insurance and agree to abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.
Accredited register membership
Accredited Register Scheme
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
