HOW I WORK
I offer private one-to-one nutritional consultations exclusively over Skype/Zoom.
Having worked in three different nutrition clinics in London in Mayfair, Clapham and The City, I have now switched my practice to EXCLUSIVELY online (via Skype or Zoom) so that my clients can work with me from the comfort and convenience of their own office or home.
With our webcams or integrated laptop cameras it's a face to face consultation, albeit online, and I share my screen so we creatre your programme together, in real time.

HOW MY NUTRITION CONSULTATIONS WORK
Whether you’re interested in weight loss or weight gain or hormone balancing, or are looking for nutritional support for recovery from an illness, I will work together with you to create a bespoke eating programme targeting your individual goals.
The consultation is typically divided into three stages outlined below:
Stage 1: before your consultation After your appointment has been confirmed, you will be sent an online Nutrition Starter Form which includes a three-day food diary and a comprehensive review of your health symptoms, lifestyle and goals. Completed questionnaires must be returned to me via email at least two days in advance of your consultation to ensure you get the most out of the consultation.
Stage 2: initial consultation. During a 60-minute initial consultation we’ll talk about the factors that may be contributing to your current health issues, and work together to set realistic, measurable goals to manage them.
Together, we will tailor-make a plan specific to your needs and goals. This will include practical food and supplement advice appropriate to your time and budget restraints, cooking ability, and culinary likes and dislikes. You will take that plan away with you at the end of our session, along with any additional information you require about recipes, shopping lists and sample menu plans.
To make sure the plan we structure is right for you, I work – with your consent – in collaboration with your GP.
Stage 3: follow-up consultations. I will support you every step of the way to achieving your goals and succeeding in your health journey. I usually recommend you attend at least one follow-up consultation between four and six weeks after we first meet so we can monitor your progress.
The number of subsequent follow-up appointments will be determined by your initial state of health and your rate of progress, however most clients see me for 2-3 follow-up sessions at roughly four-weekly intervals. Where lab tests are recommended to provide accurate health markers, a separate appointment will be scheduled to discuss the results and adapt your nutritional plan accordingly. Fees incurred by lab tests are paid directly to the lab.

At present I am head of nutrition at Graze.com, the UK’s best-known supplier of healthy snacks through the post, and have also teamed up with a leading personal training company in the city, where I offer bespoke diet plans to clients who have embarked on a body transformation programme.
I have particular interests in weight management, sports nutrition and stress, but also regularly see clients seeking nutritional guidance for a much wider range of health concerns
