This year has been difficult on so many levels. Our routines and daily habits have had to evolve, we have had less social connection with friends and family and we have been worried about our health, immunity & resilience. All of this combined adds so much pressure to our already heavy life load.
We find ourselves living in a fast paced environment where we are more often than not living in a stressed state. We may feel more depressed, overwhelmed and generally feel like we are struggling.
Mood disorders & neurological diseases are on the rise and these are connected to our brain health. Nutrition can offer a piece of the puzzle in supporting your mental, emotional and physical health.
Nutritional therapy provides the chance to look at you as an individual what you’re feeling, physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually. It is looking at the body as whole not separate systems working in isolation.
Now is the time to prioritise yourself and your health.
Nutritional therapy isn’t about treating the symptoms it is about finding and addressing the root causes of these issues. Symptoms are messages from your body highlighting an imbalance within.
We are all different and will experience symptoms unique to us, a one size fits all approach is redundant and unhelpful. We need to take into consideration your unique diet, lifestyle, sleeping habits, stressors etc. It all builds the picture and history that makes you and how you are experiencing life within your body.

- A full member of the Association of naturopathic practitioners (ANP)
- A full member of the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC)
- Honours degrees in Communication & cultural studies.

I offer a 12 week programme. Change doesn't happen overnight and I have found regular communication and connection helps clients to build sustainable long lasting change into their lives.
Consultations are currently available online via Zoom.
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday (Flexible Hours - evening & weekend consultations available on request).
