About me

I’m a fully qualified and registered nutritionist based in London. I work with my clients to support them with their health including digestion, hormonal health, mental wellbeing, energy levels and supporting a healthy immune system. I also help clients with healthy sustainable weight loss. I see clients for one-to-one consultations and also offer in between support and encouragement via email and telephone.

Training, qualifications & experience

My unique combination of academic study, a scientific research background, and the wider challenging life experience as a corporate lawyer enable me to understand my client’s needs and help them achieve optimal health with scientifically backed and practical advice. I hold a diploma in Nutritional Therapy from the Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION), London, where I studied for three years and trained in their teaching clinic. I’m also a member of the British Association of Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).

Information about health conditions (*)

Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.

I have a variety of price plans and packages - please see my website for further details.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a nutritionist's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the nutritionist to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
