>> Do you feel crazy around food?
>> Is your eating out of control?
>> Do you spend most of your time thinking about you should or shouldn't eat?
>> Do you struggle with emotional eating, binge eating or overeating?
>> Would you love to never have to diet again?
If you answered yes to any of these questions then I can help you.
My name is Jennie and I specialise in Nutrition and Eating Psychology which is all about helping you transform what you eat and the way you think about food so that you can re-gain control of your eating, restore your relationship with food and never have to diet again.
I understand what it's like: You know what you should eat, but for some reason you're not doing it - and this is exactly why I created the Rewire Your Food Brain Program.
Using a non-diet approach, the Rewire Your Food Brain Program offers a unique and powerful combination of nutritional know-how, psychological tools and health coaching to give you the life-changing results you're looking for.
With my knowledge and expertise, I can help you overcome emotional eating, overeating and binge eating so that you can finally end the battle with food.
Go to www.rewireyourfoodbrain.com for more information and to book a complimentary breakthrough session to find out how I can help you overcome your challenges around eating and discover food freedom.
Training, qualifications & experience
After gaining a BSc Honours degree in Psychology from the University of Leeds in the UK, I went on to study Nutritional Therapy and Orthomolecular Medicine at the Institute of Optimum Nutrition (ION) in London.
I'm a qualified, experienced Nutritionist and Nutritional Therapist registered with the British Association of Applied Nutrition & Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and the Complementary Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
In addition to undertaking continued professional development in my field, I have trained in health coaching with a speciality in eating psychology. I'm also a certified Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Hypnotherapy Practitioner, accredited by Marisa Peer, the Association for NLP (ANLP) and Association for Integrative Psychology (AIP) respectively.
I use a multi-faceted approach in my work that draws on skills and knowledge across both nutrition and psychology to help my clients end issues with overeating and enjoy a healthy relationship with food that allows them to escape the diet trap and finally feel in control of their eating and their life.
