Hi, I’m Jen

I’m a Registered Nutritional Therapist and I help women find the root cause of their issues and work with them to support changes they can make to really see a difference, without giving up the things they love most.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have a diploma (3 years) in Nutritional Therapy from the College of Naturopathic Medicine and, now, I still spend a lot of time reading the latest research papers and books to keep up to date and expand my knowledge.

I am a member of the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners, who monitor and support the work of therapists.

I am also a member of Practice with Confidence which supports practitioners review of medications and interactions.

Most clients find they need and want the time to really get to the cause of symptoms and tweak the changes we make over several weeks. This is where my packages come in, allowing you to chose the best option for you, but if you're looking for a quick review of your current diet and lifestyle, my two appointment package is for you.
