About me

Hi, I’m Jen

I’m a Registered Nutritional Therapist and I help women find the root cause of their issues and work with them to support changes they can make to really see a difference, without giving up the things they love most.

Are you trying to conceive and want to optimise your health in preparation?

Are you always tired?

Are you suffering with symptoms such as PMS, endometriosis, PCOS, fibroids?

Are you in perimenopause dealing with hot flushes, sleeping problems, mood swings, brain fog?

All of these may be helped with some simple dietary shifts.

I love food and I’m passionate about how our diet affects every aspect of our wellbeing and in particular hormones.

Working holistically with your personal history, genetics and biochemical variance, nutritional therapy can help to identify and impact the root cause of symptoms, providing a tailor-made, evidence-based program to suit you and your lifestyle.

Isn't it time you put yourself first?

Get in touch to arrange a free no-obligation introductory call. We'll discuss what's going on with you, what's involved in working with a Nutritional Therapist, and how I can support you.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have a diploma (3 years) in Nutritional Therapy from the College of Naturopathic Medicine and, now, I still spend a lot of time reading the latest research papers and books to keep up to date and expand my knowledge.

I am a member of the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners, who monitor and support the work of therapists.

I am also a member of Practice with Confidence which supports practitioners review of medications and interactions.

Information about health conditions (*)

Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
