About me

Nutritional Therapy

The body has an amazing way to support itself with nutrition. I believe that by adding the correct nourishment along with a healthy lifestyle, your body will thank you for it. I truly feel passionate about helping people with nutrition as it is a powerful tool.

I evaluate the root cause of the problem and not just the symptoms. The ‘whole person’ is treated holistically, tailoring a diet that is best suited to you. More importantly, the changes we make are realistic and fit in to your lifestyle.

Consultations are completely confidential and conducted in a supportive environment to really get to the root of your health concerns.

Please call for a no obligation chat and see if nutrition is right for you.

NLP (Nerolinguistic programming) And Hypnotherapy

I am also a qualified NLP practitioner and hypnotherapist so I can help you with any limiting beliefs about losing weight, along side tackling any fears you may have.

You will achieve your desired weight loss. With my expert nutrition advise and certain mapping techniques, together we can turn your weakness (e.g chocolate) food into something you detest.

DNA Testing

There are 4 types of tests:
DNA Sport - This evaluates various genes to provide insight into the potential for sporting performance and trainability, optimal exercise selection, recovery strategies, injury potential and exercise for weight management.
DNA Health - This test optimises health and wellness through gene based personalised nutrition, testing 23 genes involved in 7 key biological processes.
DNA Diet - A test for 13 genes that impact metabolism and exercise, and that have associations with body weight and body mass index.
DNA Oestrogen - The metabolism and detoxification includes 10 genes involved in oestrogen biosynthesis, oestrogen metabolism, and phase 1 and phase 2 detoxification, providing information to guide personalised diet, lifestyle, hormone, and nutra-ceutical recommendations.
