About me
I'm a Naturopath, Nutritional Therapist & Wellbeing Coach with over 15 years of experience working with 1-2-1 clients and small group education on Nutrition and Wellbeing.
I specialise in supporting Chronic Exhaustive Conditions; Fatigue and/or Pain and Long-COVID. Taking a holistic approach to these multi-faceted conditions.
I am passionate about helping you to find the underlying causes of your current health symptoms for a long-term approach to improving your energy levels and overall wellbeing.
I am based in West Sussex and can see you in person in my clinic room or online for a virtual consultation depending on your location.
We start with a comprehensive initial consultation looking at your main concerns, symptoms, medical history, diet and lifestyle. I prepare a personalised Nutrition report with food, lifestyle, supplements and other natural remedies recommendations to support your wellbeing.
Training, qualifications & experience
I trained with the College of Naturopathic Medicine completing a comprehensive 4 year diploma in Naturopathy and Nutritional Therapy, qualifying in 2008.
I completed the Chrysalis Effect Specialist Practitioner training to specialise in ME/CFS and Fibromyalgia in 2015. As well as completing an ILM Wellbeing Coaching qualification in 2020.
Yoga Teacher Training Basic (Level I) completed in 2007 and Intermediate Teacher Training (Level II) completed in 2010 with Integral Yoga.

info Information about health conditions (*)
Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
Further information
I combine these many tools within the bespoke consultations I offer to my clients, to support their overall wellbeing and help them achieve their health goals.
