About me

Do you suffer from stomach pain or irregular bowel movements?  Have you had a GP diagnosis but no follow-up support? As a specialist in gut health, I will work with you to identify what is at the bottom of your pain and discomfort and put lifestyle and diet changes in place that fit in with your daily life.

I will empower you to take control of your health and manage your symptoms, by giving you tools and knowledge enabling you to live a healthy, vibrant, happy life. We will develop dietary and lifestyle plans that include feeding the family meals they love while supporting your gut health.

I understand that it is frustrating to have tried all the healthy diets, read all the information available and still not be able to improve your symptoms. By using up-to-date scientific evidence, personalised diet plans, function testing, and a supplementation plan (if that is what you need), we can begin to develop a unique plan for you and your symptoms

My clinic is based at Head to Toe, Tonbridge TN9 1TL for face to face consultations, but if you prefer we can have online consultations or a mix of both.

I am a BANT (British association of nutrition and lifestyle medicine) and CNHC (complementary and natural healthcare) registered nutritionist. I trained with ION (the institute of optimum nutrition) famously associated with Patrick Holfold it’s founder and advocate of functional medicine.

Information about health conditions (*)

Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
