About me

I'm a nutritional therapist, naturopath and herbalist.

My approach combines functional medicine with energetics such as Ayurvedic and naturopathic principles to tailor everything to your unique constitution.

My method is founded on understanding and treating the whole you – rather than your symptoms – with natural solutions backed by science, so you can find a better state of health for the long run.

Training, qualifications & experience

Diploma in Nutritional Therapy
Diploma in Naturopathy including Bach flower therapy, tissue salts and iridology

I offer tests with functional medicine labs as well as naturopathic diagnostic techniques to find the root cause of many issues.
