About me

Hello my name is Ijaz Sarwar and I am a fully qualified nutritionist therapist.

I specialise in creating specific solutions, working to support many problematic dietary and health issues.

I am the person who helps people overcome their problems such as being overweight and dealing with stress. I work very closely with my clients to help them overcome problematic dietary and health issues. When I see my clients for the first time I look into everything to get a detailed picture overall. I take into account your lifestyle, medical history and day-to-day, your patrons of your lifestyle. My very first goal is to find out the root of the problems you are facing, this being the main reason my first session is for unlimited time. I try my very best to tackle your immediate concerns and help you to restore your health.

My own interest in nutritional therapy came about through ill health, due to an eating disorder and associated problems. Inspired by my personal experiences, my desire to help others led me to study for a qualification in Nutrition therapy. Since then my passion and drive to help others find solutions to many dietary and other health related issues has flourished.

I have a passion for working with people and help them understand their own unique system and I also help them to create their own food diary.

I enable my clients to take back the control of their life and health.

My end goal is to leave you feeling well and packed with all the necessary information and skills to manage your lifestyle.

I love encouraging people to make changes to their diet, however small, and let them experience the difference they feel in their general wellbeing. Motivation is the key to getting people to adopt changes and hearing how their hard work has paid off is very rewarding.

I am constantly researching and updating my knowledge and attend many lectures and seminars to ensure that I am up to date with developments in the world of nutrition and diet.

Nutritional Therapy is not as simple as being told what to eat and when, what foods are good for you and what to do if you want to lose weight.

The objective is to work to identify what imbalance or dysfunction is at the heart of a specific health condition and manage it in a sustainable way. Even niggling little symptoms we consider to be part of day-to-day life, such as bloating, blemishes, PMS and energy imbalances are a sign that our body is not working optimally. Biochemical testing is undertaken where necessary, to ensure approaches are targeted to each individual.

Please note that I am available for home visits at no extra cost.

SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS ARE AVAILABLE.
