About me

I am a registered Nutritional Therapist, Health Coach and Dietary Educator.  I offer advice on diet, supplements, functional tests, DNA tests (for diet and fitness) and advice and support on a range of lifestyle factors associated with health, including exercise, stress management, relaxation and sleep.

My clients include individuals seeking nutritional support to help in the management of on-going health conditions and those wishing to generally improve overall health and fitness through diet and lifestyle.  I also offer a highly personalised weight loss programme which takes into account a range of factors including current health status, lifestyle, dietary preferences and includes the option of a DNA test which focusses on genes associated with modifiable diet and lifestyle factors (please see website for details).

Training, qualifications & experience

I have an MSc in Personalised Nutrition from Middlesex University and a Nutritional Therapy Practice Diploma from the Centre of Nutrition Education and Lifestyle Management (CNELM).  I also have a BSc (hons) in Physiology.  I am a member of the British Association of Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council.

I also trained as a coach with the UK College of Personal Development and I am a certified NLP practitioner and professional member of the ANLP.  NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) is a specialist technique which can provide a means of identifying and breaking down mental barriers and negative patterns of behaviour, which can be particularly beneficial for individuals wishing to make significant and longer term diet and lifestyle changes.  NLP is also a very useful tool in the management of stress and anxiety.

After my nutritional consultation and targeted dietary and lifestyle recommendations from Holly Miles Nutrition I feel for the first time in my life that I am on the right track with nutrition and enjoying food more.
