About me

With over 21 years experience, Hilary is a Nutritionist in London, as well as a Nutritionist in Leicester and a Nutritionist in Rutland. She also offers an online Nutritionist service. She has helped over 7,000 people including celebrities and sports stars to achieve their goals. She has appeared on TV, radio and in the national press and is committed to helping people look and feel their best. She has helped all manor of health problems over the years including fatigue, feeling tired, weightloss, cellulite, digestion issues including acid reflux or poor digestion, bloating, bowel problems, IBD, stomach pains, wind, gas, low fertility, childrens health issues, post natal problems, anxiousness, panic attacks, exhaustion, overwhelm, burnout, high blood sugar and sugar cravings.

Hilary also started the London Skin Clinic to help those with skin conditions including skin concerns such as dry skin, rashes and itchy skin with a more holistic approach, helping from the inside out.

Training, qualifications & experience

Over the past 20 years, Hilary also has added to her Nutrition qualifications with several other integrated therapies and is a transformational Advanced Life Coach, Reiki Master and Personal Trainer. Hilary can help you get to the root of the imbalance holistically.
