About me

With over 21 years experience, as a Nutritionist in London and Harley Street, Hilary is offers online Nutritionist consultations around the UK and Europe. Hilary's aim is to get to the root of the imbalance effectively and as quickly as possible using her years of clinical experience, having seen thousands of everyday symptoms plus many more complicated ones. Biochemical tests can also be utilised to look more in depth at factors, that may be contributing to your health problems.

Her ethos has always been to provide effective solutions yet her approach is empathetic and understanding. Her years of expertise and experience plus the added dimension of an integrated, holistic approach will help you to get a multidimensional approach to your health problems.

Hilary has helped over 7,000 people including celebrities and sports stars to achieve their goals. She has appeared on TV, radio and in the national press and is committed to helping people look and feel their best.

She has helped all manor of health problems over the years including fatigue, feeling tired, weightloss, cellulite, digestion issues including acid reflux or poor digestion, bloating, bowel problems, IBD, stomach pains, wind, gas, low fertility, childrens health issues, post natal problems, anxiousness, panic attacks, exhaustion, overwhelm, burnout, high blood sugar and sugar cravings.

Hilary also has helped many people with skin conditions including dry skin, rashes and itchy skin with a more holistic approach, helping from the inside out.

Training, qualifications & experience

With over 21 years experience, Hilary has added to her expertise of Nutrition as a Nutritionist with several other integrated therapies such as Holistic Counselling and Personal Training. She is also an Advanced Life Coach for transformational and life directional coaching as well as being a Reiki Master Teacher for over 18 years.

Hilary Kingston is a member of the FNTP (Federation of Nutritional Therapists), a professional association for nutritionists.
