Helen Warman Dip Nutri mBANT mCNHC
I genuinely believe food is an extremely powerful, much misused commodity. From its ability to evoke memories to its ability to support the body to achieve good health. We are all individuals and it makes sense that our diets should be too. As a nutritional therapist I help you find the right diet for YOU to support your health and happiness. I work with a wide variety of conditions, especially those affecting the gut, sports performance and injury support.
I offer functional testing such as food allergy and GI Stool testing for parasites and similar. I give supplement advice and recommendations however I do prefer to work with a food first approach.
I have an office in Plymouth City Centre and offer appointments via Phone and Skype.
