About me

I am a Registered Associate Nutritionist who is passionate about supporting people with dietary and nutrition advice. I offer bespoke 1 to 1 consultations where we can work together on a nutrition plan which suits your needs and lifestyle.

I am registered with the association for nutrition and follow their code of conduct which is available on their website. I offer a free initial consultation where we can discuss what type of nutrition advice you are seeking and I will talk you through how I may be able to support you.  In order to book, just send me a text or call on my mobile number and we can go from there.

I am base in Helensburgh (Argyll and Bute), but I am currently only carrying out appointments on Zoom or via telephone if you would prefer.

The areas of nutrition where I can support include:- healthy eating plans, weight loss or gain, nutrition deficiencies, fertility, pregnancy, gut issues and fatigue. I also work with people looking for support with exclusion diets due to allergies or intolerances.

Experienced in gluten free, keto, paleo, dairy-free, sugar-free recipe development. I can support in advising on ingredients, shopping lists and creating recipes or meal plans.

If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
