About me

I am a fully qualified Nutritional Therapist and CNHC registered. I qualified in 2008 from The West London University with a BSc in Nutritional Medicine. I am also a qualified and experienced Reflexologist with Nerve Reflexology training.

I am passionate about food and nutrition for supporting optimal health and well being and I love sharing my knowledge with my clients to support them with their health concerns. I found changing my diet helped me. I offer food intolerance testing, including gluten sensitivity tests.

I provide nutritional and lifestyle advice for many health issues.
When you book a consultation with me I ask you fill in a detailed questionnaire and a food diary which allows me to start unraveling the underlying triggers for your symptoms or to see where you may need extra support nutritionally. this allows more time during the consultation to discuss things in more detail. I also like to know which medications you are taking to check for any drug - nutrient interactions.

Further information

"As I entered my late forties I started suffering... It would start with a pain above one eye then debilitating... and I would be confined to bed for three days at a time... I had a nutritional consultation with Hazel followed by regular reflexology. On the nutrition front Hazel suggested I made some tweaks to my diet as well as taking extra vitamins and minerals she prescribed.. I cannot recommend her highly enough. I will always be so grateful to her! Tracey.
