Based in The Consulting Centre in Bournemouth, The Female Nutrition Centre offers one to one nutritional therapy consultations for women looking to support their health via nutrition and lifestyle.
As part of the process you will be provided with a full dietary analysis, written report which includes explanations of potential imbalances, diet and lifestyle recommendations, support calls (in between consultations), functional testing and advice on supplements as well as recipe ideas that work for you!
The Female Nutrition Centre was formed in 2017 by Hayley Jones following the completion of her training. During her studies, Hayley developed a special interest in women’s health and nutrition. Hayley says “Women are amazing and through their lifetime will go through unique physiological processes, including menstrual cycles and pregnancy. Unfortunately, imbalances in this unique physiology can result in unwanted symptoms; breast pain, hot flushes, mood swings, bloating... and more"
The Female Nutrition Centre provides first class, cutting edge, personalised nutritional therapy utilising functional medicine that aims to support female health.
