About me

Hi! I'm Hayley - a registered Nutritionist specialising in Women's Hormonal Health.

I work with busy women who dread their monthly period, are fed up of PMS, or are struggling with their weight, energy levels or low mood. I also provide support to women who have been on birth control and are facing fertility or hormonal issues coming off the pill.

I believe that every woman should have access to the knowledge, information and vital missing support that enables them to lead a happy, vibrant, healthy and disease-free life.

As a teenager, I really struggled with painful periods and would often pass out and vomit due to the pain. I wasn't very impressed by what Western Medicine had to offer me (birth control & painkillers) and had always wondered if there was a more natural way to manage my symptoms.

It wasn't until I finished University some years later that I turned to food as medicine for my own health and decided to embark on a three-year diploma course in Nutrition at the College of Naturopathic Nutrition (CNM). I was shocked that in only a few short months with a couple of simple changes to my diet, that my health had completely transformed. I was full of energy, completely off pain relief, off the pill, and my monthly periods were no longer something I dreaded.

I have since helped many women to balance their hormones and providing them with the support and knowledge I wish I had known in my teenage years. It’s my mission to empower women to take control of their own health and help bring their own hormones back into balance, so they can reach their full potential and they too, can start feeling at home in their bodies again.
