About me
At the Rooted Living Clinic, we specialise in offering personalised, compassionate support for individuals recovering from food and body image issues. We integrate nutrition and behavioural psychology to address disordered eating, chronic dieting, and gastrointestinal disorders.
My mission is to help you cultivate a peaceful relationship with food, feel safe in your own skin, and embrace a fulfilling, meaningful life.
We take a flexible, client-centred approach, creating a non-judgmental and supportive space tailored to your unique journey. Whether you're just beginning or further along the path to recovery, we meet you where you are, adapting to your specific needs.
