About me

As a nutritional therapist, I am dedicated to helping my clients achieve their health and wellness goals through the power of nutrition. I will work with you to assess your current nutritional status, identify any imbalances or deficiencies, and develop a customised plan that addresses your specific needs.

I can help with a wide range of health conditions. If you are looking to manage a chronic health condition, or simply optimise your overall health and wellness, I am here to help. I have a special interest in supporting eye health through a holistic approach. Start your journey towards a healthier, happier you!

Training, qualifications & experience

Originally from Cardiff, South Wales, I obtained a BSc in Physiotherapy from the University of Wales, College of Medicine and worked as a physiotherapist in South Wales and then in Yorkshire, before taking a career break to raise my four children. After my own struggles with health, I discovered the power of nutrition through functional medicine. I was inspired to spread the word, and set out to obtain my own nutrition qualification with the College of Natural Medicine in Manchester. In summer 2022, I graduated with distinction from CNM, and embarked on a mission to help as many people as possible take control of their health and quality of life, through nutrition and lifestyle changes.
