About me

I am a degree-qualified and Registered Associate Nutritionist with the AfN (Association for Nutrition). Registration with the AfN requires strict adherence to an ethical code of conduct; any advice I give is backed by science, with sources of information available on request.

I have experience working for the NHS and public health organisations delivering weight management programmes for clients wishing to gain or lose weight and develop long term healthy eating habits. My programmes have a strong element of encouraging behaviour change woven throughout and are delivered to both individuals and groups. I regularly receive positive feedback on my approachability, empathy & content. I also offer these sessions to businesses looking to improve workplace health (please contact for a quote).

A vegetarian of over 26 years, another area of specialism is vegetarian and vegan diets. I am currently undertaking a government-funded research PhD looking at improving the nutritional profile of plant-based milk alternatives.

Aside from these specialisms, I have seen clients for a wide range of other nutritional concerns, just contact me today by phone or email and ask!

**I am fully insured to practice and my registration can be verified here:

If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
