About me

Hi! Thanks for visiting Hannah Rose Nutrition!

I am an AfN Registered Nutritionist and SENR accredited Sports Performance Nutritionist. I am passionate about healthy food that nourishes your body and mind, and using food as fuel to power you through any exercise or sporting challenges that you embark on. Life is far too short to follow restrictive diets of tasteless food. That’s why my focus is on celebrating food and how it can fuel your body and help you achieve your goals. Have a look at my website for more information: hannahrosenutrition.co.uk

My main areas of expertise are sports nutrition for adults and juniors (aged 8 - 18), nutrition for health and wellbeing and vegan/vegetarian balanced diets.

Despite the fact that we all need food to stay alive, our bodies are unique, which means one size does not fit all. Therefore, all of the support packages that I offer are bespoke to the needs of your business, or your personal lifestyle and goals. I offer copyrighting and consultancy packages, as well as one-to-one consultations and group workshops. These can be arranged via video call, telephone, or in person.

If you would like to find out more, please feel free to email me and I'd be happy to discuss the best options to support you.
