About me

Welcome to the Body of Nutrition! My name is Gosia and I am a Registered Nutritional Therapist.

In my practice I use functional medicine principles to help me get to the root cause of your condition. Often the symptoms we experience are a sign of deeper imbalances or deficiencies, which need to be addressed in order to unlock your full health potential. My task is to draw a matrix of interconnectedness in your body and find the best diet and lifestyle interventions that will suit your individual needs and alleviate the dis-ease in your body environment.

I am deeply passionate about empowering my clients to take control of their own health. I want to inspire you and equip you in individually designed, evidence-based tools that will help you on your journey to a better, healthier and happier version of yourself.

A balanced nutrition and healthy lifestyle are two pillars of your health. Make them strong and robust and they will carry you safely into your future.

With every client, I use my signature approach, where you take 3 steps to reach the abundance of health:

                                          Cleanse  –  Feed  –  Thrive

  • Step 1: Cleanse

After an in-depth assessment of your needs, I will devise a plan to prepare your body to reach an optimal condition to receive and make the best use of nutritional intervention it needs. This step is the identification and removal of obstacles to healing and may include removal of allergens and irritants, improving excretion pathways, supporting metabolic pathways used in detoxification and elimination of pathogens.

  • Step 2: Feed

In this phase of your journey you nourish and charge your body to provide the best possible fuel for the innate healing and maintenance mechanisms. Every process in your body requires specific nutrients as co-factors to run smoothly. This is when we focus on the mechanisms governing any imbalances we have identified and provide tailored means to optimise their activity. By doing so, we can reach to the root cause of your condition for the sustainable and long-term effects.

  • Step 3: Thrive

Once you have successfully reached the health goal you desired, it is time for the maintenance protocol. This is the harvest season, when you enjoy the results of the work done in step 1 and 2, this is when dietary and lifestyle changes become habits allowing you to thrive and build a healthier future.
