About us

Glenville Nutrition Clinic has been supporting patients worldwide for over 30 years and is the longest established nutrition clinic in the UK today. Our aim is to provide you with the help, support and information you need that can make a real difference to your health by offering a variety of options to help you find your way back to health.

Dr Marilyn Glenville PhD is the UK’s leading nutritionist specialising in natural health. Dr Glenville has studied and practiced nutritional medicine specialising in the natural approach to female hormone problems, fertility and chronic illness. She is the former President of the Food and Health Forum at the Royal Society of Medicine, a registered nutritionist, psychologist and author of 17 best-selling health books, who obtained her doctorate from Cambridge University.

Our team of highly qualified Nutritionists, trained to the standard and protocols of Dr Marilyn Glenville, are ready to support you on your nutritional health journey. They all have specialist areas of expertise and are experienced in supporting a wide range of health conditions. Under their care, you can build a healthy lifestyle through good eating habits, rectifying nutritional deficiencies, boosting your digestion, improving detoxification and through simple, practical lifestyle changes.

All patients are asked to complete a comprehensive Nutritional Questionnaire, so your appointed Nutritionist can gain a full overview of your lifestyle, medical history and eating habits. Your questionnaire will be thoroughly reviewed by your nutritionist before your appointment to ensure that your consultation is focused on addressing your area of concern and what actions can be taken to improve your health.

By the end of your initial nutrition consultation, you will be confident in taking the first steps for improving your health including:

  • a clear knowledge of potential underlying causes for your concerns
  • a suggested supplement programme for three months
  • recommended testing (if applicable)
  • recipes and a weekly food planner
  • key foods to include an avoid
