I love my job and get tremendous satisfaction from helping people achieve their health and wellness goals, be those weight management, digestion issues or hormonal symptoms. I offer a variety of personalised nutrition programmes, which are always tailored to suit my client's needs. The programmes generally run for 10-12 weeks as this is the minimum amount of time needed to generate long lasting and sustainable positive changes in health. The programmes vary in their level of support, however they all include an initial consultation followed by a number of follow up consultations and email support.
I am also a keen cook and love experimenting in the kitchen, as such I have a vast resource of recipes and meal plans to offer my patients. Even if you don't like to cook I have many tips on how to improve the quality of your food and how you can still eat fresh unprocessed products without lifting a finger in the kitchen!
I'm also very excited to announce that I am running a Women's Wellness Retreat this summer in Ibiza from 16-23 June. The retreat is all about helping women reconnect to their inner goddesses and helping them to feel at home in their bodies again. Check my website for further details.

Training, qualifications & experience
I hold a First Class Honours degree in Nutritional Therapy (BSc) from the University of Westminster. During my four years of study I also received a number of awards in recognition of my outstanding academic achievement. I place great value on making evidence-based recommendations and my keen interest in research is testament to this.
I also have extensive experience of the health and wellness sector and have worked in this field for over ten years; Additionally, my three-year clinical training at the University of Westminster means I am very skilled in listening to patients and helping them identify and achieve their health goals.
I am also trained under the Functional Medicine model – a pioneering approach to health which focuses on the underlying causes of disease rather than looking at symptoms in isolation (after all, what is a symptom other than the body’s way of trying to alert us that something isn’t right?). Functional Medicine has been making waves in the healthcare world in the United States for many years and it is both exciting and a privilege to be part of the growing number of practitioners who are practising this enlightened approach to healthcare in the UK.
In the past I have worked extensively in schools to educate children on how to make informed choices when it comes to their food. I have also run numerous cooking classes in a wide variety of settings throughout London. I firmly believe that cooking skills are vital for our long term health and that it is imperative that we pass these skills onto younger generationss.
I have been running a number of hormone balancing clinic for the past two years. I place great value on continuous professional development and regularly attend training courses and seminars to keep my knowledge up to date.
I am also a full member of BANT (British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy), the professional body for registered Nutritional Therapists in the UK and am also registered with the CNHC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council) which is the national voluntary regulator for complementary healthcare practitioners.
